![]() The State of Colorado has transformed its employee wellness programs in an effort to meet the new needs of the Covid-era workforce. A key element of this transformation is the state’s new employee wellness program, STATE OF HEALTH. Our speaker will discuss the program, how the state implemented it with its health plans, and will share the most recent program outcomes.
Speaker: Steven “Steve” L. Halterman, MPH, MCHES, CEBS, RHC (he/him) Steve Halterman is the workforce wellness manager for the State of Colorado, where he helped develop Colorado STATE OF HEALTH, which is a clinically integrated, whole person-focused primary care and workplace health improvement program for employees of the state. Steve holds a master’s degree in public health (MPH) from the University of Texas and a bachelor of arts in business communication from Baruch College, CUNY. He is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and a Registered Health Coach (RHC). |
