As benefits administrators, will give you some tips and tools for ensuring you communicate these rules to your employees so they understand how Medicare works.

Account Executive IMA of Colorado Laura Earley is a health and welfare consultant for IMA of Colorado. She has over 25 years of experience in the benefits field, spending the first 22 years of her career on the employer side, managing benefit programs for such companies as Children’s World, Richmond Homes and Sports Authority. Laura is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, she is an instructor for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and beginning in 2022, Laura is a member of the Governing Council of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists. Laura is an avid reader and loves to attend concerts. She has been married for 30 years and has two children – her oldest son is in college at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, and her youngest is a Senior in High School and just earned his Eagle Scout rank. |
