As the Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Newmont Mining Corporation, Nicole Hammond is responsible for leading U.S. Benefits Strategy, Expatriate Benefit Programs, Canadian Benefit Programs and creation/implementation of the Global Benefits Strategy. While at Newmont, Nicole has acted as the program manager for several U.S. projects including, Pension Outsourcing, Flexible work guidelines, Paid Family Leave, Retiree Medical Medicare Exchange and Total Rewards Statements.
Nicole brings over 16 years of experience in the HR and Benefits world and has worked in multiple industries including High Tech, Leisure, Quick Casual Restaurants and Mining.
