Willis Towers Watson’s first U.S. Longer Working Careers Survey Report demonstrates that despite the importance to their company’s productivity, employers admit limited understanding of when their employees plan to retire. The demographics of the U.S. working population illustrate that the pace of their departure is increasing. Attend this session to learn about the actions employers are taking to support aging workforces, delayed retirements, phased retirements and knowledge transfer to incoming employees. This session will share our research findings, which are based on the responses of over 140 large U.S. employers across industries collectively employing 2.9 million workers.
